Select, develop, define and qualify new etching, cleaning, stripping and roughening equipment Support prototype and development samples build. Generate and update relevant wet process documents, eg Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, OJTI, T32, PDR Provide inputs for updating of wet process documents and responsible for correct contents, eg Process of Record, Assembly Design Rule, Failure catalogue, Control Plan, etc for development projects.
