Responsibility:
1) Overall plant operations and production activities.
2) Coordinating of factory layout.
3) Maintain factory safety and housekeeping.
4) Customer, supplier and employee relation.
5) Guide, check and give suggestion for improvement for various departments.
6) To motivate and manage subordinate.
7) Responsible to minimize manufacturing waste.
8) Ensure sufficient spare parts
9) Responsible to minimize process variation.
10) Ensure acceptable working environment suitable for manufacturing.
11) Ensure the production operation run smoothly and meet delivery schedule.
12) To coordinate closely with other related departments.
Competency Requirement:
1) Ability to manage a group of people
2) Ability to solve employees problem
3) Good communication and presentation skill
4) Have an analytical and innovative mind
5) Planning and holding meeting
6) Good filing system
7) To read and write reports
8) Negotiation skill
9) Counselling skill
10) Candidates shall possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
11) Candidates shall at least 15 years experience in workshop fabrication activities.
